Shipping + Returns

UK Delivery

Your order will be couriered from our UK warehouse directly to you. 

We use 'live quoting' which means you are charged accurately based on where you are + what you order.

You will be sent confirmation of shipping + be able to track your delivery.

Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect. 

Sometimes we send items on different couriers, especially our larger lockers. Don't worry if smaller items on your order arrive separately - the rest of you order is on its way!

The courier will be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing + we can arrange a signed for delivery).

Delivery times
Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. 


European Delivery

Here is a guide to receiving your Mustard goodies across Europe. 

Once your locker has arrived in your country, look out for an email / text message from the courier. This will include an invoice for:
  • VAT (around 20% depending on your country)
  • Advance payment fee (this is a Customs processing fee, the average cost is around €15-20). This invoice must be paid by you to have your goods released from customs for delivery.

IMPORTANT - If you are asked to pay significantly more than the amount above, or you see a 'duty charge' on your invoice, please contact the courier as there may be a mistake with their calculation. If there is a problem, we are always here to help support you. We can guide you through the process to ensure you pay the correct amount to the courier.

  • £25 Per additional locker
  • £29.95 for up to 6 small products (baskets, hangers + Wordbits) 
Delivery times
Please allow 5-14 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. This is just an estimate and shipping times will vary. If you do not pay the courier for the VAT + customs processing fee this can cause additional delays.

A few more things
We really want to make sure your orders arrive safely so PLEASE double check your delivery address, phone number and email to make sure it all goes smoothly. Mustard Made will not be liable for any additional taxes, charges, storage fees or shipping costs you may be required to pay. Shipping times are likely to vary and customs can cause additional delays. Thanks for your understanding while we work with the changing situation.


International Delivery

We ship to USA and Canada. To work out the delivery cost, just put your full address in at the checkout.

Shipping times will vary.

We do not currently ship outside of these countries as standard but can do so upon request. Email with your full address + order for a quote.


We are sure that you will love your Mustard Locker but if you change your mind we can accept a return within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened + has not been assembled. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item. 

Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from only. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Damage or defects

Each part of your locker is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at and we will do our best to fix it.
Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
