Returns

We are sure you will love the Mustard goodies you've brought into your life, but if for some reason you're not completely happy you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You then have another 14 days to send the items back to us.

Conditions of return:

• All products must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but once a locker has been assembled it cannot be sold as new. If you return an assembled locker, your refund will be reduced to reflect the loss in value — in practice this is usually no more than around 50% of the original purchase price.
• Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets, Ledges, Storyboard, Buttons or Wordbits, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
• Refunds will include the cost of the original standard delivery. If you chose an upgraded delivery option (like express or Saturday delivery), that additional amount won't be refunded.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we agree otherwise. We'll arrange the collection and shipping for you and deduct this from your refund.
• Sale items can be returned within the cooling-off period and are refunded at the price you paid.

Exchanges and colour swaps

If you'd like to change your color, please let us know as soon as possible. If you order hasn't shipped we will do our best to change it before it is collected by the courier. If you order has been collected then the process is the same as a return. Once your original product arrives back with us safely, we'll send out your new choice. You'll just need to cover the return shipping and the delivery of the new product.

Please note: If your locker has been assembled and then deconstructed, it cannot be swapped for another colour as new. In these cases your return will be processed under the 14-day cooling-off rules and the refund significantly reduced to reflect the loss in value (usually no more than around 30% of the original price). A new locker would need to be purchased separately.

Damage or defects

Each part of your product is carefully created by passing it through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time, there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at team@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it. Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
