What You Need To Know:

We love running promotions for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter, and how the prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below for the full details.

We know that there are Mustard lovers all around the world, but this promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, legal residents of the 50 United States of America (“USA”), Australia and Germany aged 18 or over. So that we are completely fair, anyone employed by us or professionally connected to this promotion is not allowed to enter.
You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this promotion, but you may need your own valid email address and access to the internet in order to enter.
Promotion Period: You can enter between 19:00 AEDT on 02/12/25 (03:00 EST, 08:00 GMT & 09:00 CET on 02/12/25) & 10:59 AEDT on 09/12/25 (18:59 EST, 23:59 GMT on 08/12/25 & 00:59 CET on 09/12/25) inclusive.
To enter: Entering this promotion is simple, complete the online form with your details (name, email address and country) to be entered into the Promotion.
1. Log onto your Instagram account, or create one for free, locate the promotional post on either @mustardmade or via the participating creators page and comment the word ‘HOST’. You will then receive an Instagram direct message with a link. Click on the link.
2. Find the link through our link in bio on @mustardmade
3. Follow the link sent in promotional emails if you are subscribed to Mustard’s newsletter
4. Follow the link that appears in Mustard Made's promotional materials such as Meta ads, emails, SMS or blog posts.
By entering this giveaway you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Mustard Made. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
Moderation: We can’t accept any entries which we think:
1. Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of Mustard Made or any brand partner;
2. Include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
3. Defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to Mustard Made (including its partners); or
4. Promotes any political agenda.
A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.
Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Further Prize Details and Conditions:
1. Each participating brand will supply the prizes directly to the winner.
Winner Selection: So that you know we’ve selected the winner fairly from all the valid entries we receive, a random draw will be carried out to select 1 provisional winner.
Contacting the Winner: We’ll contact the provisional winner via their Instagram account provided on entry within 24 hours of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 30 days, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
If the Prize goes unclaimed or un-awarded due to ineligibility or any other reason, a Prize redraw will be conducted at the same place as the original draw. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified by email no later than 10:00 AEDT on 7 January 2026.
Tax Obligations: If our lucky winner is from the USA, they are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being assigned. The actual value of the Prize will be reported to the IRS and the winner will receive an IRS Misc 1099. The winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and provide his/her social security number that will be only used for reporting the prize winnings to the IRS as required by law. Any other relevant taxes that are required to be paid in order to claim the Prize is the responsibility of the Winner.
Prize Acceptance: If you are our lucky winner, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform us by emailing hello@mustardmade.com. If you don’t let us know within this time frame, we will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at our sole discretion.
Any failure on our part to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Rules and the Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, or any other Sweepstakes media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules shall prevail. The Promoter reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including these Rules, at their sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants and winners agree that the Promoter, its prize providers and agents (the “Released Parties”) are, to the extent permitted by law, not responsible for:
1. Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable email notifications, or postal mail;
2. any computer, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability;
3. garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion;
4. any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error;
5. the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information;
6. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes;
7. any property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action;
8. any and all federal, state and local taxes;

Provided no objection is received from the winner, we’ll make a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner available 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to marketing@mustardmade.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process, however, we will provide winner information to the relevant authority when requested by them.
Sorry, but you can’t transfer the Prize to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.
If, for reasons we can’t control, the Prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative Prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of this promotion and for research and analytical purposes. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of fulfilling this promotion.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
We seek to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We can’t guarantee continuous or secure access to Instagram or the entry page.

If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
